• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact Bruce as soon as possible. It is very difficult to fill your canceled appointment time when given less than 48 hours notice.
• If you or a member of your household has an infectious condition (e.g., a cold, flu, COVID, stomach virus), please contact Bruce to reschedule your appointment. Even if you do not have any symptoms, if a member of you household has an infectious condition, do not come in.
• Bruce will send you an email reminder two days before you appointment. If the stated date and time do not match up with what you have noted, please contact Bruce as soon as possible. Also, if you have an upcoming appointment and don't receive an email reminder two days before, please let him know.
• Please do not use any medicated lotions or ointments (including topical CBD products) just prior to coming in for your appointment.
• Bruce will open his office door five minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive earlier than that, please wait in the lobby are upstairs, near the elevator. If Bruce's office door is closed, please do not knock on it unless it is at or after your appointment time.
• If you think you are going to be more than five minutes late for your appointment, please contact Bruce via text or a phone call. If you don't show up after 15 minutes of your appointment time and have not contacted Bruce, it will be considered a no show and Bruce will close his office for that time.
• When Bruce needs to move your arm or leg to position it for treatment or to adjust the sheet draping, please don't help with the movement. It is much easier for him to work if you just stay limp.
• When it is time for you to roll over on the treatment table, please wait for Bruce to let you know when he is ready. He needs time to secure the sheet draping so it doesn't slip while you roll over.
• Let Bruce know if you would like to schedule another appointment. You may schedule up to three appointments ahead of time, out to two months in the future.
